What the inbox covers
Write to contact@genpolish.app for anything about this service. Data protection requests have their own address, privacy@genpolish.app, so that they are not lost among the rest.
We read both. We do not promise a response time, because promising one before we can keep it would be the first thing on this site that is not true. There is no ticket number, no queue position, and no automated reply.
Billing
Invoices and payment methods are handled in the secure payment portal, reachable from Billing once an account has one. No card details are collected on this website, so there is nothing for us to look up on your behalf.
Where to look, and where to write
Anything about the service, including anything this site gets wrong. Read by a person, with no promised response time.
Access, erasure and rectification requests. Two of those rights are not yet exercisable through the interface, and this address is how you exercise them in the meantime.

Accept or withdraw optional analytics yourself, in product. Withdrawal takes effect in your browser immediately.
